How do I book an exhibit?

To book an exhibit, simply contact us.  In your email, please list what exhibit you would like, when you would like it, and what organization you are with.  Remember, you must be registered before we will give you access to booking.  Once we have your registration and Contact Us form, we will forward your interest on to the exhibit's hosting organization.  After that, you and that organization will take it from there.  Alt M is merely a listing site and does not take any part in the organization or money process of the exhibition.  

How do I submit an exhibit?

To submit an exhibit, you must first register your organization or company.  Once you have registered, you may upload a submission form and photos.  We receive your submission forms and post the exhibit for you!  It may take a couple days, especially if you just registered with us, but we promise to list your exhibit as soon as we are able!

Why do you require my Federal ID?

Your Federal or Tax ID number is a very important part of registering with us.  We use that number to make sure you are a legitimate organization.  It gives both hosting organizations and interested organizations the security and assurance they need to make sure the exhibition transfer will go as smooth as possible.

What if I don't have a Federal ID?

If you don't have a Federal or Tax ID number, you will need to Contact Us.  References and statements of residence on official letterhead will be required.  We will be more than happy to work with you if you cannot provide us with your ID number, but just be aware that it will take longer than usual to get approved.

How do I get the exhibit?

That is between you and the hosting organization.  Alt M is merely a listing site, so all other details will be dealt with between the two organizations.  Once we have exchanged your contact details after you request to book an exhibit (Contact Us), then everything else is out of our hands and you proceed as normal with the other organization.

Who do I pay for my exhibit?

You pay the hosting organization, or whomever they choose.  Alt M has no part in the money exchange for your exhibition.

Are there fees associated with this service?

Alt M does not charge any listing fee.  The price you see is directly from the hosting organization.  We believe in our mission and truly feel that we are bettering the world by offering this service, so no fees are charged to book or submit an exhibition.
